Great question! We want to make sure you have the right plan to move forward with too, so we offer brand breakthrough sessions to help you create one. We’ll review your total brand and presence, meet with you, and develop a blueprint so you know exactly what to invest in and when in the next year. Book your brand breakthrough here.

  • Glad you asked! We have taken a lot of time to perfect the process and timing of your transformative experience. It all starts when you apply to work with us.
  • Once we know you’re a good fit for this experience right now, we’ll take a deposit and make it official with service agreements.
  • Then, you’ll get questionnaires and prep steps to complete in the first week. We’ll also have a kick-off call just to be sure you’re clear on the timelines and work ahead.
  • You’ll also complete a conscious leadership program specially created for Brandividuation® clients based on what we know from experience you will need. This includes direction to help you overcome the biggest blockers that show up as we work through the process and a guided meditation you’ll be able to use again and again.
  • Weeks 2-3 will focus on market research and client intelligence-gathering feedback from your clients and customers, interviewing your clients and customers if valuable, completing a competitive analysis, and reviewing everything you sent us meticulously. You’ll also co-create a Pinterest inspiration board with Laurie.
  • During week 4, we’ll have a messaging clarity call to dig a little deeper when it comes to your story, the experience you provide, and how you get your best clients and customers. Amber will bring it all together into a messaging and marketing document, which we’ll review live that Friday. We’ll focus the next week on feedback and edits.
  • During week 6, you’ll have a visual clarity call to further explore the visual representation of your brand. Laurie will put together your logo concepts, fonts, and more, then share them for review. After your visuals are perfected, you’ll get final files in all formats and we’ll flow your messaging and visuals into your official Brandividuation® guide.
  • Week 7 will be spent finalizing your brand visuals and week 8 on getting all the work we’ve done into your brand new guide with creative direction for anything you do moving forward.
  • After we’ve sent off your guide to the printer and ordered something super special for you, we’ll have a strategy session so you know what needs to happen next to execute your new branding well and maintain cohesive alignment. We’ll probably propose a new website project and may refer out to our partners as well, depending on what support you need.
  • You’ll spend about 2-3 hours on intake preparation and the conscious leadership program (a 45-minute guided video), up to 4 hours on clarity and delivery calls over the course of the experience, 3-6 hours of review time, and up to 1 hour on implementation strategy during offboarding. 
  • There will be 5 calls over 8 weeks.

A lot goes into this experience, which is why we only take up to 2 Brandividuation® clients per month. We’ll be working through research and development consistently for 6-12 weeks, depending on which experience you are ready for. But, it will all be so worth it!

  • You are the star of the show, my friend. If you have a team, we may want to bring some of them in or interview them as well – particularly anyone in charge of marketing or customer relations because they’ll usually have insights into what’s working, what’s not, and the things your clients/customers share.
  • If you have current or past clients, customers, and/or colleagues we can survey and interview, we’ll bring them in on the journey as well for incredibly valuable insights.
  • Laurie and I will be working with you every step of the way.
  • If we decide to go with any implementation packages, we may bring in our partners for things like web hosting or tech support, social media management, brand photography and/or videography, conscious leadership coaching, funnel and/or ad strategy, virtual assistance, design execution, or other support.
  • We know it’s taken a lot to get where you are and there have been obstacles and roadblocks along the way. But, we want you to know we are here for you and will help you work through whatever comes up as we go through the experience together. Plus, this is the whole reason we hired conscious leadership coach Ravi Toor to create a program to help you along your journey.
  • Yes! We have 2 options, depending on how long you want to wait to get started. For a faster kick-off and 20% investment savings, there’s a 2-payment option: 50% deposit to book and a 50% final payment right before our messaging clarity call. The total investment for this experience is $8,000.
  • If you prefer to split payments for a more balanced approach, you can choose the 4-pay option: a deposit of $2,40000 will be due 30 days or more before kickoff, with 3 remaining payments of $2,400. Final deliverables will be shared once the final payment has been processed.

  • A document outlining your brand’s identity so anyone you hire can step right into it and rep you well with key messaging and overarching marketing strategy.
  • Visual branding with final files to include logos, fonts, colors, typography, styling direction, an image library, and usage guidelines.
  • A print version of your Brandividuation® guide, which will have all your messaging, marketing, and visual branding in one place.
  • All the market research and client intelligence we gather along the way, which you can use to inform future marketing campaigns.
  • A competitive analysis so you can see who is offering similar services and the gaps they aren’t filling that you can.
  • A brand launch plan so you know how to share your new branding if you choose to do so before implementation.
  • A guided conscious leadership program you can refer back to as you step into your new brand and vision with ease and confidence.

Your start date will depend on a couple factors – mainly our availability, your availability, and your goal completion date. We do only have 2 spots available per month for this experience, so the sooner we get your application in and secure your experience with a deposit, the faster we can get your experience booked.

You will have a draft version of messaging midway through the project at the end of week 4, final files the week after the experience is complete, and your final printed book within 30 days of completion and upon final payment. Comment end 

  • We aren’t going anywhere – once we work together, you’re kinda stuck with us. We want to see you step into your vision and will be here for you when questions arise.
    • You’ll also have 30 days of unlimited Voxer and email support so that we can answer any question that pops up.
  • Once we have built your new foundation, we’ll have an offboarding strategy call to identify the how, when, and what of implementation so you will have a blueprint to carry out your new branding cohesively. You’ll also have 30 days of unlimited Voxer and email support.

Valid question. Due to the nature of this service, there are no refunds and no cancellations. (Because, you are reserving time in our schedules for our expertise. That means this time will not be available to others and we have limited availability.) However, we promise to make sure this is an investment you will not regret and we always strive to go above and beyond client expectations.

  • We guarantee that you will emerge from this experience with a deeper understanding of your brand, your ideal clients, and how to show up. You’ll have a professionally developed brand with clear, cohesive messaging, rock-solid positioning, a relevant-to-you and premium feel visual brand, and more. But, it’s up to you to actually show up and use what we give you in order to get the results you’re looking for.
  • Any investment in your business is scary and you are the only one that can weigh the benefits of doing this work now and getting the results you need faster or waiting and having to continue struggling through your current misalignment, with the resulting effects of inaction. Know that an aligned brand will bring more clients and customers to you, help you communicate the value only you offer, and show up with confidence. Investing in nearly any other focus for your business before doing this work can further damage your brand’s presence and the results of those activities won’t be the same as they would with a solid foundation. We don’t do band-aids (see above regarding our No Band-aid approach) and we won’t give you a piece of your brand and further risk misalignment.
