The Challenge

Early in Jennifer Perrow’s journey of being a coach and consultant to leadership teams of small businesses, she attended a workshop Amber ran on client intelligence strategy. As her services evolved and she honed in on how she could best serve her clients, she knew she would need help with her positioning and messaging. This way, she could reach her ideal clients effectively. It was also time to create a visual identity that better reflected her business and appealed more effectively to prospective clients. The greater challenge was to help her put her brand front and center while figuring out how to integrate and align the frameworks and assets from the company she white-labeled with, The ReWild Group.

Jennifer needed a clear and succinct message that could explain the value of her services and position her decades of experience and success in having built a 7-figure business previously before this adventure. But, explaining your value and talking yourself up can be difficult. That’s why Jennifer knew she would need to bring us on as branding strategists to help her build her messaging frameworks and presence with our rebranding process.

Jennifer invested in the Brandividuaiton rebranding process and made us her strategists to get her to the next level in her business journey. To begin the process, Jennifer went through a new addition to Brandividuation, a conscious leadership-guided meditation to prepare her for the experience. We interviewed several past and current clients of Jennifer’s as well as the founder of The ReWild Group to get a better understanding of her unique value proposition so that her brand and marketing strategy represents the value she offers well. Combining that feedback with the information and feedback we got from Jennifer, we developed her brand identity guidelines. The guide was complete with buyer personas, values, and vision clarity to guide the business, core messaging, and a visual identity. 

We also decided in the process that Jennifer needed a new business name, Perrow Advisory Services. The new name better reflects the consultative offerings of her business and ideal clients. She not only gained a new business name, but a fully developed brand to go with it. Her project included a brand style guide with the brand identity, messaging strategy, visual brand identity, and marketing strategy. As part of her offboarding, we also held a strategy session so she would be able to plan the implementation of her new brand for the rest of the year.
